Caretaker wanted to live on small farm near Townsville.
Must have own van or mobile home. Welcome to use house whilst owner is away, and can access toilet, shower and laundry at any time.
Owner works a fly in/fly out job, so has an erratic schedule. Caretaker is welcome to take time off if they wish when the owner is home (1-2 weeks per month approx).
Free rent in exchange for pet sitting and light duties such as mowing etc. $25per weekcontribution is expected for electricity costs.
Preference given to mature aged person (females welcome), or pensioner or similar. Must love animals and have a happy, friendly nature. Looking for a person who is positive about life.
